With this in mind, MGR Fencing offers cost-effective preventative maintenance performed every 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. If your electric gates are opened and closed quite frequently (as can be the case with commercial properties and homeowners associations), we recommend that preventative service on your gate operators, access controls and safety devices be done a few times a year. There is no limit on the number of gates we can take care of for you.
When our technicians come to perform preventative maintenance, they will consult with you regarding any gate performance issues you may have noticed, and will also work through an extensive maintenance checklist to ensure that all components of your gate system are carefully examined and adjusted as necessary.
