As is the case with cars and other intricate, heavily relied on machinery, routine service for your gate opener can go a long way in keeping your automatic gate system running properly and preventing larger issues from developing.

With this in mind, MGR Fencing offers cost-effective preventative maintenance performed every 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. If your electric gates are opened and closed quite frequently (as can be the case with commercial properties and homeowners associations), we recommend that preventative service on your gate operators, access controls and safety devices be done a few times a year. There is no limit on the number of gates we can take care of for you.

When our technicians come to perform preventative maintenance, they will consult with you regarding any gate performance issues you may have noticed, and will also work through an extensive maintenance checklist to ensure that all components of your gate system are carefully examined and adjusted as necessary. By the time our technicians leave your property, you can rest assured that nothing has been left unattended to.
